    "The KILL" leg workout on Bodybuilding.com

    For you guys who have seen this workout on the site, it looks mean. Well me and my friend are gonna try it out this week so hold thumbs for us. If im not back next week you will know that the workout has done to me what its name says.

    What I actually want to know is: The workout doesnt contain any squats, now isnt that a bad thing. Cause according to me squats is the main mass/strength gaining leg excercise there is.

    What should I do. Do yout hink I can perhaps do a set or two of squats before i begin the "KILL" workout?
