That looks straight uncomfortable brah and you look uncomfortable in these clothes.

I get what you are going but it has not worked out IMO. You have been better off (IMO) with:

1. A nice fitting pair of navy chinos, use a belt not suspenders.
2. Shoes look OK but the cropped ankle (AKA trousers pulled up to your armpits) makes your foot proportions look crazy.
3. The shirt is way small, find yourself a nice button down collar shirt in slim fit, this will give you more room while keeping the silhouette slim. Sky Blue or White works well.

Props for going for more than the jeans and a t-shirt that is being suggested in this thread. You will develop your own style in time and maybe you'll be able to revisit this look when you are bit more experienced.
