I always mention in any PW reviews that I like to alternate pre's so
I don't use the same one every time I train so I took a couple weeks
off from MYPREV2 so today I went with 2 scoops with a scoop of
waxy maize and as I mentioned in my review it DELIVERED!
I hit back and traps and I felt energized, pumped, and my intensity was
where I wanted it to be with very little rest between sets and I hit my
back from all angles and I finished it off with 5 sets of dead lifts with
still plenty of energy to spare. Barbell shrugs followed back where rest
was limited to about 30 secs between sets so all in all a MYPREV2
workout that will have me coming back for more!

I pulled out yesterday MYPREV2 at scoops with a little extra glycerol to solidify
that pump on a hot,humid, nasty weather day but work has to get done to continue
looking and feeling like a Superhuman Triceps/Delts/Abs were the muscles getting
cooked and after really warming up and working up a sweat I got in the groove where
I just kept banging out set after set and I really ended up finishing strong after really
taking a while to get in the groove but this humid weather will do that to you.
Another good MYPREV2 workout in the books!
