Oh man now that's a flavor that has me wanting to try some out.
I'm not a Betty Crocker like some members are on here. I'm pretty simple when it comes to incorporating protein with cooking.
I'll usually use protein for proats by cooking some Old Fashions Oats with a scoop of protein, fruits and peanut butter to top it off.
I'll also use it in pancakes (just basic complete pancake mix) for me and my daughters and or waffles for us. Again this isn't anything that's fancy but is simplistic, helps me hit my macros and my daughters love it for breakfast. I'm sure this flavor will definitely be awesome in some pancakes, waffles and oats and would love to give it a try.Last edited by Anthony21; 04-12-2018 at 02:32 PM.

I usually go the basic pancake/waffle route:
Protein powder
1/2 serve quick oats
1 serving egg whites
Little bit of cinnamon
Milk/water as needed
They're like half muffin/half pancake and I love it. My son usually does too, so that's an added bonus. This new flavor sounds like it would be AWESOME to make pancakes with! Thanks for the opportunity!

Mine is a pretty simple one that I eat each morning before my workout.
2 scoops of whey protein
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder
1/4 teaspoon maca powder
1/3 cup dry oat bran
2 cups of frozen spinach
1 tablespoon coconut oil
I add just enough water to make the mixture a paste/pudding and since the spinach is ice cold, it sort of makes it like an ice-cream type treat. By varying the flavors of my protein powder, I can really customize it regularly.

I am down for some Cinnamon French Toast IsoFlex.
Since I am a coffee addict, I make a protein mocha latte each morning.
2 scoops chocolate whey
1 - 2 tablespoons of instant coffee (mix in a little hot/warm water for the crystals to dissolve before putting in blender).
12 oz water
Ice
4 oz Coconut or Almond Milk.
Blend for a minute and BOOM a start your day or pre workout yumminess

S'mores Proats
Oatmeal
1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder
almond milk
marshmallow fluff
graham crackers
mini marshmallows
Cook oatmeal like normal. Once you are done, stir in the fluff. Take the graham crackers and break them up/crumble them. Spread evenly over the top. Add mini marshmallows on top of the crackersAugust 19, 2012 - Underwent heart transplant and still lifting strong!

I like doing overnight oats as my first meal of the day.
Typically, this is what I'll put together....
1/2 to 3/4 cup of oats
2 scoops of whey protein. Most of the time, I'll elect to do something other than chocolate based upon the other ingredients below.
1/2 organic apple chopped up into super small pieces
Cinnamon
1 scoop of greens powder
1/2 tablespoon of psyllium husk powder
I love this nice & cold and the crunchiness of the apple gives it a little texture. And since I train in the morning, this also serves as my pre-workout meal.

With that flavor if I would use it to make a cheesecake!
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 scoops protein (cinnamon flavored types work great)
2 eggs
A bit of vanilla
The one I saw called for stevia, but I found the protein made it more than sweet enough.
And it didn’t have a crust, but I made one out of ground oats, honey, and just a touch more cinnamon protein.
My favorite!

Bookmarking this thread for sure!
I mostly bake with protein when I'm cutting on a keto diet and have cravings for sweets. So here's some diet-friendly, low carb (if you eat a reasonable amount lol) desserts.
Keto Cookie Dough
Melt a half cup of butter
Add in:
1 cup of nut butter
1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
3 tbsp Flax Meal
1 dash Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Vanilla
2 tbsp of the darkest chocolate chips you can find
Then leave in the fridge until it hardens!
Then theres Keto Cinnamon Rolls
Base:
melt 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese in microwave
Add in 1 egg, 3/4 cups Flax Meal, 1 tbsp stevia, 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder.
Roll the dough between parchment paper, and place in the oven for 5 minutes at 355 F. Let cool slightly once out of the oven
For the cinnamon inside, mix 2 tbsp stevia, 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp of warm water and spread out over the dough.
Roll the dough into one long roll, then cut into 2 finger lengths and palce onto a baking tray. Bake for 7 minutes at 355 F
For the icing, mix 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp stevia and spread across the rolls.
I'd love to try these recipes with cinnamon french toast!B: 320

I'm a big cinnamon fan but since this flavor says French Toast I hope it has the
depth of a French Toast in the flavor and not just a cinnamon flavor so I wouldn't
mind giving this flavor a try and giving you an honest review and we'll see if ALLMAX
really nailed a French Toast flavor.
Frosted Butter Pecan French Toast
In a bowl mix a little milk,1 egg, 1 tbs of liquid vanilla extract, a little cinnamon powder , and
1/2 scoop of the Butter Pecan Whey. Take some multi grain sourdough bread and coat them
thoroughly in the batter and place them on a preheated lightly oiled pan and cook the slices
of bread until they are browned on both sides then plate and spread the protein frosting on
each slice and garnish with roasted pecan pieces.
Frosting- In a bowl add 1 scoop of the Butter Pecan Whey and add a few drops of water and stir
briskly until you get a thick spreadable consistency.
Apple Brown Sugar Maple French Toast
The same recipe as the Butter Pecan but on this one I used a Brown Sugar Maple
flavored protein and I stir fried a cut up Granny Smith Apple til soft and I add a few
pieces to each of the frosted slices of bread as I build the stack.
Frosted Banana French Toast
Same recipe as above but this time I used a banana flavored protein and
I added a few banana slices in between each frosted slice.
Frosting is made the same way each time and I just add a few drops of
water to a scoop of protein but usually if it's a straight isolate or concentrate
I then add a tsp of a casein based vanilla protein to thicken it up and I always
use a multi grain bread that has fiber so these French Toast are healthy to eat.

Dudddeee that flavor though !!!
I'm simple when it comes to protein recipes. Here's my favorite:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup water
1 scoop whey (after the oats are cooked)
cinnamon
stevia
This protein flavor would go PERFECT with that recipe! The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

Ooooh, with Cinnamon French Toast, I'd definitely make:
Protein Rice Krispies with a PB Fluff topping
2 tbsp Coconut oil
4 cups classic Rice Krispies
1/2 cup peanut butter partially melted
1/2 cup syrup
3 scoops ALLMAX Cinnamon French Toast protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup stevia
I'd use more partially melted PB drizzle, and drizzled marshmallow fluff for the topping sprinkled with some cinnamon.
Freeze 'em for about a half hour and then demolish the entire pan
....now I'm hungry.Trying to gain a booty so my husband can squeeze it:

I made these last week and plan to refine further this weeknd!
Snicker Krispies (Snickers flavor Rice Krispie Bars)
Base
3 Cups Rice Krispies
2.5 scoops Whey (chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon work well here -- nothing like strawberry!!)
1/4 cup natty PB (best if creamy and room temp where its still running and not hardened in the fridge)
1 tsp oil (EVOO, coconut, avocado -- you won't taste it much)
1/4 cup syrup (I used maple, honey would work, stickier the better) *
*more protein can make the mix a bit stickier in lieu of a super sticky sweetener
- Mix up the syrup, PB, oil in a mixing bowl
- stir in the whey (add a splash a water if granules still there)
- add batches of rice krispies about a cup at a time, aiming to coat the rice in the liquid/whey mix
- press into arectangle dish (glass is good or line with parchment!)
Nougat Layer
1/4 cup natty PB (again best if creamy and runnier)
1/4 sweet syrup
1.5 scoops Whey
-mix this up until smooth and layer on rice base
Chocolate Top
~1/4 cup Chocolate Chips of choice (used carob before also works great)
- melt these down in the microwave and drizzle over the bars as preferred
- Put everything in the freezer for at least 30min and cut up! Awesome on the go bars that are a good combo of gooey and cripsy that taste just like snickers! My secret?
Acai and the Ab Circle Pro.
But srsly, PM me for any advice

I also love making frozen protein puddings and I'm a huge fan of cottage cheese
but I've never mixed it in my frozen protein puddings so your recipe sounds interesting.
This is what the finished product of one of the frozen puddings that I
made look like and it's a combo of 2 cinnamon based flavors of protein.
Ingredients
1-1 scoop of CL Cinnamon Bun Protein
1-1 scoop of CL Snicker Doodle Cookie
2-1 tsp of unsweetened vanilla pudding
3-2 tbs of unsalted chunky peanut butter
4- a little water
