I agree, I am crazy about floral and have a stock with floral prints, different flowers, colours and materials. And I found this clothing company with really nice floral dresses that are knee length (only length that I like) , because the majority floral dress are very wavy which is nice, but tbh this is my style. This is me, only not knowing where to go to put it all together. Last casual suit I bought for a wedding was from a girl at Nordstrom in the men's department, wearing what looked like gray overall romper with red platforms, and I'm sitting there like WTF do I know about style? All the slacks fit like Lululemons, even two sizes up in the waist (normally a 33-34). She did set me up with a tight blue/white floral like the photo in the OP, which got a ton of compliments against everyone's all black, blue, or white button down, so you must be on the right track. Halp me look better on a reasonable budget?

The floral stuff seems to be a socal influence. I see it a lot in Austin because it's a hotter climate here and dressing well while keeping cool is something people try to do here.
