    tuna before bed

    everyone sats cottage cheeese is the best before bed. I can not stomach cottage cheese so i eat tuna is that ok

    tuna is great stuff...

    each can contains around 35g protein. You can throw in some egg whites and scramble them up with salsa.

    Cottage cheese is a popular choice because it contains the slow-digesting, cassein protein
