Hi, I've been taking the AST 32-X multivitamin for about a year now..
Thinking about trying the Animal Pak with all its great reviews.
I train 6 days a week.
1 pack or 2 packs a day? What do you recommend

If you are eating good I don't see why you would want to use more than 1.

One pack a day, after breakfast...sound good? Or night time before bed?
