Im pretty much over even getting exited for any fight even involving Khabcurse now, the fights hes in manage to not come to fruition with insane frequency, maybe because the MMA gods just hate him, but when his name is in on the marquee the fights just manage to fall out. Khabib is the best LW on the planet. Max is awesome, but hes a tiny 145er, coming off an injury, on a weeks notice. There will be a significant size difference. Even under perfect conditions, what does max bring that will be a problem for Khabib?

Btw, I already stated that it's correct to have Khabib as the favorite for the exact same reasons that you reiterated. It's just not even close to a sure thing for so many reasons. Khabib could have a bad weight cut and feel like chit. He could have a staph infection. He could have a broken foot. He could have two broken hands. He could be completely healthy and get caught or boxed-up and finished like GSP or Joanna in their upset losses.

I don't watch or listen to Rogan. I'm a Khabib stan. Khabib has notoriously had bad weight cuts in the past, not once did it hurt him in fight (granted he's had to pull out b/c of it) Max lives on his boxing and output, Khabib lives on absorbing punishment, relentless pressure, and suffocating you. Not only is everything going against Max to begin with, it's an awful match up stylistically. Endurance fighter, world class grappling, iron chin. It's going to get ugly.
