Parents actually do have control over that. They fear losing their kids as their friends, or just don’t like hanging out with their kids.

Anything with a button can be opened with a snap of the fingers.

For bras that connect in the back you have get your hand around her back and then position your middle finger and thumb like you were going to snap your fingers. Angle your hand 45 degrees up and with the fingers still in this position you pinch the hook and eye closure while pulling the strap away from her back and up toward her shoulders, use the heel of your hand as the fulcrum, make the snap with your fingers and you've just freed the boobies.

The front open is a bit trickier. Use the same technique however the fingers are reversed and you will need to position your upper wrist under and against one of the boobs, use the wrist as the fulcrum for the leverage you need. Place the back of your hand over the clasp, slide it down and away angling your lower hand away from the chest. The back of your middle finger should be against her breastbone, your thumb over the clasp with index finger under the clasp. Pinch and roll the hand toward the opposite breast. You've just freed the boobies.

Advanced technique for front bras:

Under the bra poke the back of your middle finger not-too-hard into the breastbone with your pointer finger poking the opposite breast under the clasp , thumb on target boob, press thumb from knuckle and run it toward the pointer finger while rolling the hand palm side down, you've freed the boobies and if you are smooth enough have pushed the bra to the opposite side allowing you to firmly, but gently, cup the boob.

Pants:

Insert thumb and middle finger between the fabric of the middle button, snap your fingers.
