I am curious to hear from any that has gone with the Carnivore Diet. Seems interesting in concept, and reasonable to adhere to if you can stay away from processed foods.

Isn't that a processed food? Caffeine and a multi? Just to clarify, does the name of the diet mean we eat LIKE the carnivore animal does? Well, if so, my cat eats tons of grass. Fresh catnip etc. Everyday, several times. Is there salad on this diet?
Just seems really silly, the whole article.
But yes, I'm aware of some people who swear they have blood work to prove that they do best when they eat ONLY meat and nothing else. Obviously we can't go to their house and test them on different diets and approaches and verify their claims.

Well I would take the carnivore diet over a vegan one lol
With no carbs I look flat and no veggies means lacking micronutrients

Might seem enticing, but I guarantee eating that way will get old real fast. Itll be expensive too. And likely difficult to maintain or gain weight, due to the hunger blunting effects. (Not saying it cant be done).
