My legs suffered a lot of mass loss when I was in the car accident and placed in a wheelchair for sometime. Because I had no feelings in my legs they shriveled up and gaining my mass back has been an uphill battle. So what little increase you guys may see, I see its a big milestone for me.

Dang BH I completely forgot that you were in a wheelchair because of your accident. It had to be hell fighting back from that. I'm glad you're a fighter (never thought I would say that to you).
There will come a day when I tire of listening to 80's music. That day is not today.

Thanks fellas
Legs were decent before the accident but never my strong point. But losing the mass I did acquire over the years and then losing it took a toll on me big time and I went into a serious depression.
So yeah seeing results really helps not only physically but in my case mentally. On the list for Bannukah
