Super pumped about my squats today. Walked 20 minutes in the rain to the gym and hit a big squat for myself in wet socks.

Flat bench: went up 10 lbs from last time

Was gassed by the end of this workout, quit earlier than I should have on the pull downs.
Thew in a couple sets of pull ups in between incline benches and pull downs.
Also did a little bit of crunches towards the end.
