Physically you should be fine if you have taken care of yourself properly. I've only progressed in aesthetics, you shouldn't see any decline yet.
Career is where it sucks. You can sort of see whether youre on the path to making it for real or if you'll be middle class/upper middle class your whole life. You see people younger than you who are more successful and it's depressing as sh*t I won't lie."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Less than 5 years for me brah, fuark... Guess it feels that way around this age because you're still close enough to your high school days to when you were a kid to remember what it was like and relate to it. Thought I'd be young forever also but time keeps movin brah

Sucks being 30 bro...
Literally the day I woke up 30 I went gym... lost strength by 50%.. Girlfriend cheated on me cause she claimed I was half the man I used to be.. food tasted half as good. Fuel in my car lasted half the journey. Days seem shorter. Need more sleep. Rarely get an erection.
I could go on but hey. 30 should be GREAT for you.- Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum -
