sorry to hear about your toe. Good to hear youre getting back into it.
I had a guy ask me to play a second game of hockey tonight. Normally I turn down double headers but in the spirit of this I said sure. B2B hockey thursday night before weigh in will be a nice bonus lol. so far ive been good this week.

Don't sweat water weight pal. If you start worrying about that too much, then you may start doing silly things like limiting your fluid intake the day before weigh ins also (1 litre of water is, after all, about 2lbs in weight).
As long as you're consistent, then the averages will track in the right direction.
Also, with all the physical exertion and sweating people may be doing on this thread (cardio for the win), those salts and electrolytes may be beneficial."Through Calorie-counting all things are possible" : Phil 19:26

106,4 kg (234,6 lbs) was the number today. Another 1,3 lbs lost, but with the amount of calories eaten and the amount of exercise I was expecting more once again. So it does indeed seems like my TDEE has gone down a bit... But then again I did lose 60 lbs without dropping my calories, so I guess it is inevitable...

SW: 87kg, GW: 80kg
Week 0: Friday 26th January - 87kg/191.8lbs (starting weight)
Week 1: Friday 2nd February - 86.1kg/189.8lbs ( -0.9kg/-2.0lbs )
Week 2: Friday 9th February - 85.1kg/187.6lbs ( -1kg/-2.2lbs )
Week 3: Friday 16th February
Week 4: Friday 23th February
Week 5: Friday 2nd March
Week 6: Friday 9th March
Week 7: Friday 16th March
Week 8: Friday 23th March
Week 9: Friday 30th March
Another 1kg down! 5 more weeks of this and I reach my goal. Which leaves a few weeks more to lose some extra. Which might be needed at my high bf% and also because when I switch back to maintenance I expect to add on a kg or two from water weight as my glycogen stores are renewed.Last edited by WeedRamen; 02-09-2018 at 02:05 AM.

Hello, all. The last time I checked into the last thread, Photoglady mentioned that she’d been a top 25 finalist in one of the big bodybuilding.com challenges. Congrats to her on that.
(I think I posted in the last thread twice. Kind of good for me, though. I’ve been trying to break my addiction to this site for years, lol.)
And I see Kmac’s name above. Good to see you. I’ll catch up on your updates in a few days. I have to do some traveling.
...
I’ll give my workout regimen four out of ten stars. I need to get in two more workouts per week. Diet, five out of ten stars. I’m not in a deficit but I’m holding steady, showing pretty good discipline wrt certain snacks. I haven’t had them in at least a month. I’ve got a lot of excess cals from added sugar in my diet, still. Working on that.start where you are

Well yesterday I was already down 2lb but my weight plummeted last night. I don't know why.
This week I had already attained a normal BMI and all the skin on my stomach is wrinkling up. Looks pretty bad.
