I find with the Apple flavor I want a lot less water than the other two. So instead of 10-12oz I go with about 8oz for Apple to really give it a sharper bite

IDK Apple almost never ranks too high for me #teamandroid I have fond memories of Apple GreenMag tho hhnnggg most likely I'll try them all at some point.

yup, for all three flavors people should play around with water amount to get to the desired flavor level

Used it this morning, and it certainly met my expectations. This is about as good as a non exotic pre can get.

Pump, unholy.

Focus, spot on.

Energy, moderate but noteworthy.

There was more focus than I honestly expected, and same for energy. Pump and endurance was wonderful. I love Vaso 6, and combined with that great dose of L Cit, it was killer. Taste was good (cherry). I don't really have anything bad to say about this product. Great stuff CL.

Man, trained old fashioned back and bis today, have been taking care of the baby and dog since, helping the wife with some errands, nothing crazy, but my forearm pump has not died down since taking White Flash this morning at around 8:30am. That Vaso/Cit dosing is hnnnng.

Probably depends on your individual stim tolerance and preferences.

Do a half dose first to assess (that's good practice for all stim products all the time, sometimes it pays off) then the full dose if you like, before trying to add anything/have other stimulants at the same time

Yes, but do as Farley said. We, in general, don't use yohimbine in our products so it's your choice whether to combine them or not.
