Why? Focus ingredients are imo as, if not more important, than pump/energy ingredients.

In my experience they mostly aid in concentration and memory but can't say I've felt a focus aspect that can be applied to a workout, at least not that I can tell. Plus for some reason I seem to be sensitive to cholinergics and feel too moody on them, brain fog etc. lol
