Trying my best to get this small back just a little bit bigger. Training back and Bi’s on an early Friday morning with @bigj_extremefitness. I now have almost 2 weeks until my rescheduled surgery February 6th. I was suppose to have it last Friday but Dr called and said I needed to be off my anti-Inflammatory medication for 2 weeks because last surgery I bled too much during the operation. It was actually the best news I’ve heard in a long time because I’m not looking forward to having my intestines removed so my spine can be taken out and a cage inserted.

He sustained his style for a long a%%time. He pushed the envelope way over the edge. Hate to see him like this. I meet him twice, he would give you the shirt off of his back.
He literally destroyed himself for what he loved. 95% of the top BBers would have long since broken down trying to go at his pace. All humans are just a bunch of sporadic clone attempts gone wrong.

They take intestines out and operate from the anterior side of spine by adding rods and whatever else needed to stabilize spinal vertebrae and probably the disks too. Spinal surgery when entering from the front leads to far shorter recovery periods needed versus cutting through the complex network of muscles in the back which would lay him up for weeks. Obviously once done they put the intestines back in(although his are so enlarged he probably would appreciate if they removed half of them).

Probably means an intervertebral cage, which from what I’m understanding here essentially works to gap and fuse two vertebrae together to help eliminate nerve impingement etc
