Not on twatter so I can't see the responses but the second question sums things up:
Serious question. How much are NFL ratings down compared to overall TV viewership. Just isolating the NFL numbers does not give an accurate picture.
Either way, don't really care -- NFL is still around, so is Chick Fila.guys i not afriad 2 show my boobs cuz they r just boobs but i aint a slut yall so sorry i aint showing cuz i have respect for my self

Not surprised....it's the playoffs
- Most people I know will only watch one game on Sunday now. Where as before then would watch 3 games every sunday
- I think it has to do with people doing other chit with their Sundays now a days. The good that social media has brought to us, no one wants to be seen as a loser sitting on their couch from 1:00pm until 11:00pm watching games
- Last year the weather was amazing well into the fall season. People spending less time inside (expect the basement dweller miscers)
Lots of variables op...but weather, good games and it's the playoffs are the big ones

For all the talk about corporations and the 1% not paying enough in taxes / getting a tax break they don't deserve a few weeks ago - there sure is a lot of love for the NFL.
Talk about a tax break - billion dollar entity getting tax payers to fund their stadiums but still get to run the business aspect of the stadium.
Discrediting a doctor a few years ago for researching why so many current and former players were having major issues.
Domestic abusers, drunk drivers, even killers are no big deal, but get caught smoking weed too many times...
I was done last year when the league told the Cowboys they couldn't wear a sticker to memorialize the cops that were slain in the Dallas riot.Boomer Rep Crew #1

brah I have friends who's blood were boiling when they started taking the knee. And I stand for the anthem even at home when I watch (do you? I'm going to go with NOT) it' how I was raised
- Yet my friends and I still watch at least one game on Sunday. We aren't butt hurt sheep like the rest of you
Let me help you understand something:
- If people want to kneel then they can. If they want to stand, they can during the anthem
- If antifa wants to march in the streets and protest they can. If the Alt-right want to march in the street, they can
This is America, where you have the freedom and God given right to do so. Freedom of speech is given to everyone, not just the politically correct movement or their opposite. We are to be tolerant to each others right of freedom of speech, even if we don't personally agree or even hate what someone is protesting about
And only when violence sneaks in are we to shut chit down.
Now go back to watching the NFL (one of the greatest sports ever created). It's the playoffs, these games are legit GOAT so far. Stop being some butt hurt sheep that doesn't even know why your really upset about this whole thingLast edited by MericaThatsWhy; 01-15-2018 at 09:08 PM.

Unlike you, I'm not some poocey being PC on the misc
- You didn't answer the question...do you stand for the anthem at home? I'll answer it for you, you don't! (You prob didn't even know people actually did it)
But do whatever the fawk you want.
I'm going to keep watching, keep on getting together with friends and family and having a great time watching America's Sport, The NFL

Those are solid viewer numbers, Verizon fios and the dilly dilly Budweiser guys must be super happy with their investment. Fantastic ending also. The NFL just keeps on keeping on.
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

The overrun of the NFL matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and the New Orleans Saints powered Fox’s Sunday lineup to substantial gains, according to Nielsen overnight data. The final portion of the game drew a 10.5 rating and 34.5 million viewers to Fox
fake news
also:
Continuing a season-long trend, the ratings sank for the divisional round games.
