ok this is kind of an oddball question with no easy answer but a ball park answer would be great
I'm curious as to how many calories I burn at work
I work for UPS, i stand in a truck for 3-4 hours a night lifting and stacking boxes, My average volume is prolly 12-200 boxes a night with an average wieght of say 25 pounds maybe more
thats gotta make a dent in my caloric intake, Id just like to get an idea of how much
