Spring will be coming hard come March. I honestly love the 4 seasons here. No type of weather is too intense or lasts too long and the variety is great. Nothing like sitting in frot of a fireplace of a snowy day.

Alright gang, give me some ideas on exercises that I could do in the gym. Lower body isn't a big deal. I will be hitting legs 2-3 times per week now. But I need to keep up strength in other areas. I would almost work my one good arm (biceps and tris). But I don't want to look silly. I am already doing ab work and will be doing hyper-extensions (back). Suggestions?

Went to gym and got creative. Did kettlebell deads, hyper-extensions with DB (did one-arm curl at the top of the extension), one-arm curls at machine, and 15 min on stationary bike.
