Hump Day was Leg day with DL as my kicker...

Went for a short walk with the wifey last night..about 2.6 miles. Crashed hard last night around 9pm...woke up stiff..not in the good stiff kinda way either...

I use both, I agree to an extent, obviously it's all mental though, some days my home gym workouts are better than others. I know I wouldn't have the motivation to drive 30 miles, my gym is 5 miles away and some days it's too much for me.
