Hello, I just started cutting and I made a lot of improvements during my bulk. However, since I'm so used to eating more than I currently am is it normal to be so hungry? Like for example, I eat my breakfast (Whole wheat toast, eggs, diet yogurt, and water) and I end up a bit hungry after the meal. Afterwards, I eat lunch (usually a salad with cottage cheese or mixed nuts) and after my lunch about two hours later I get really hungry. so it's kind of like that after each meal, I'm just afraid of getting skinny fat after my cut lol. Thank you for your help in advance

Personally I don't like being hungry when leaning out. Hunger can be avoided if you cut very gradually. Just 0.5 lb per week, certainly no more than 1 lb weekly weight loss unless you are obese. Keep protein high, even up to 1.5 may be needed to stop hunger. Lots of water and greens. If this doesn't solve it you can always try IF or low carb diet (or both) which helps with hunger for many people.
Go easy on cardio and cut lifting volume too. Maintain your lifts. That's a good sign that you're not losing weight too fast.
