special thanks to all the good folks at Blue Star Nutraceuticals for giving me the chance to review P.P.K.

this is such a solid pre. there not alot of outrageous claims or hype here...just great ingredients in dosages that deliver impressive results! yeah, you can find pre's that are higher stimmed but you wont find a better balanced product that will provide that pump, power and kick (P.P.K.) on a consistently high level.

the Blue Raspberry is very good and mixes up with little effort or residue.

this is a product of the highest quality and aside from a slighted elevated pricepoint there are absolutely no negatives. when you hear people say..."you get what you pay for" theyre talking about P.P.K.!

Taste/Mixabilty: i thought the Blue Raspberry was quite good, but not special. P.P.K. does leave a bit a residue when mixing but nothing worth complaining about. 8/10

Energy/Pump: quite sufficient but doesnt go overboard. the Power and Pump Blend is a well balanced combination of Peak ATP, Beta Alanine and Caffeine. these top quality ingredients provide smooth, longlasting energy and endurance. the Peak ATP increases blood flow and helps to produce a noticeable pump that will turn heads. 9/10

Focus: in my opinion, this is where P.P.K. really shines! the Mental Focus Blend is simply outstanding...it provides laser-like intensity and allows you to make the toughest MMC with ease. Hordenine HCI is one of my favorite nootropics and the 50 mg per serving is an effective dosage. it not only boosts focus, it also provides natural energy, and fat burning by increasing metabolism. P.P.K. will keep you dialed in and help you get the most out of your training sessions! 10/10

Overall: this is a quality, top of the line Pre. the transparent formulation shows you exactly what youre ingesting and in what amounts....no prop blends here. the Hydration enhancers are a very nice touch that help you stay energized and focused. Blue Star should be proud of P.P.K., you can tell that alot of thought, time and effort went into its design....well done! 9/10

I have yet to try PPK. How does it compare to any other recent preworkout you have tried?

over the years ive probably used 50+ different types of Pre's and PPK has got to be in the top 3-4. its not cheap and might not be for everyday use, but on days that you know youre going to need that something extra...PPK is hard to top.
