Why is it that nobody seems to understand that in the US, all of us really enjoy immigration (even republicans) we just want it to be legal? Just like.. almost every other country on earth? IIRC the defences argument was that he found the gun under a chair on the pier, picked it up and while picking it up, it accidently fired, bullet ricocheted on the pier's concrete and hit Steinle.

but in a police interrogation, he stated that he fired at a seal and that the bullet ricocheted and hit her....
