- ragequit Thanksgiving because I had a sh*t year and overall increasingly hating people
-spazzed out on fukbuddies after trying to cuddle

^^ honestly it sounds like misdirected hostility OP. Figure out some things in your life that aren't how you want them, and make the change.

It can be as simple as reorganizing a messy drawer (srs), don't discount small actions that make your reality more like what you want out of life (srsly srs)

I used to be a hot head when I was younger. Not sure what happened but I totally chilled out when I hit my early 20s.

It's cliche but meditation may help. The functional aspect being that you learn to not care about alot of the BS that happens when you're "present". IMO when people fly off the handle from petty chit it's because whatever is happening doesn't align with what they expect/want. So meditation teaches you to stop bogging your mind down with those thoughts.

For non-meditation advice - maybe you just need to have more fun. Socialize more with friends or go out more. Sounds like you're a caged animal.
