I've gone from 90kg to 100kg in the span of 3 months, i've only been eating clean with the exception of a pizza or so once a week. I eat 5 large meals a day, get at least 40g of protein per meal and a mixture of fat and carbs for the rest. I'm guessing i'm at around 4000 calories per day and that is around 800-1000 calories over my maintenance. my mentality is that if I can't hit a lift I just have to eat more to be able to hit it and that has led to me gaining more weight. I have gotten stretch marks on my shoulders, quads, thighs, lats but i've also gotten alot stronger. Lifts are improving almost every week and i feel overall stronger. Can't deny the double chin and muffintop though. Although I don't care about my physique I'm just wondering if I would be able to make the same gains on lower calories. I'm 193cm tall and 16 y/o btw.

Sad about fat gain, is it fine to reduce calories and keep lean bulking?

Recommended bulking rates are 1lb-2lb per month (less than a kilogram). You're going WAY too fast.
