Nitro tech is fine, drop those garbage Best Aminos. Protein powder has plenty of aminos, you don’t need extra.
Maybe a decent multi vitamin like Orange Triad, Animal Pak, TruMulti etc.
Some creatine monohydrate if you choose a different protein other than the NT which has it.
Start thereYour nutrition and workout program determines your success.
FL and NC crew. Lol @ living in PA. Just LOL.

I second this (sorry can't rep on spread)! Most guys would love a good pre-workout for a present! If he has a sensitivity to caffeine/stims that you know of then disregard this and go with some good quality protein. Or just a thought but.... maybe consider getting him something other then supps? I mean think outside the box, gotta be something he would like besides workout supps
The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.
you can't half rep a deadlift.
you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.
there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.

1. Protein powder
2. Fish oil
3. Creatine monohydrate (CreaPure)
4. Beta Alanine
5. Pre-workout
(6.) Multivitamin
For protein powder, go with something like ON 100% Whey, MyProtein, Ultra Peptide Whey, Pro Jym, etc. In general, protein is protein is protein.. don't worry about the forms of protein too much.
Get a good fish oil from a reputable brand.
Creatine monohydrate and beta alanine can be bought in bulk by themselves and are cheap, but EFFECTIVE additions. You can get these in a blend also, like a pre-workout or something.
Go for a simple pre-workout from a trusted brand. Look at the ratings for ones on the BB.com store.
Drop the BCAA's/aminos, unnecessary.Formerly Jouho.
Current/Goal
Bench: 2.5 lbs / 5 lbs
Squat: 3 lbs / 6 lbs
Deadlift: 4 lbs / 7 lbs
