Advices on weak points and a new program

I've been doing a high volume-oldschool power routien, for about a year now. Its kinda like what Arnold has outlined in the book. I try to have at least 200g of protien a day and I eat whatever I want and since I am a chef gaining weight has never been that hard. Its been working great for size and strength so far. No streoids, creaitine, n0 explode, or any suplements besides GNC mega man vitamins.
Im thinking about trying diffrent program like westside or something for only power lifting.
I want to gain some serious core strength without killing myself.
I guess my question is, If you were me, what kind of program would you try based on my weak points?
Legs
Lower back
Traps

Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

Here are some recent progress pics. The first one is from August 06, and the second one is from March 07.

That's pretty good progress.
You look leaner in the waist and stronger in the back and shoulders.
How are the abs looking?

Thanks. My abs are getting better although they are not my main concern. I am never going to change my diet so Im happy with where I am.
I would rather put more size on my waist right now than cut up although i never underestimate the importance of a strong stomach.
I've been doing alot more deadlifts, squats and millitary press lately. My goal is to gain 5+lbs of muscle before the summer
