Flavor - 8.5/10 Flavor was a a bit unusual to me. Usually, I'm not a big fan of candy flavored supps and overall, never enjoyed candies as well. For someone, who likes this kind of flavors, I think he/she would enjoy this.


Mixability - good/10 Mixed pretty well. Didn't expect it to mix so well, since there are several ingredients, which don't mix well


Energy & Focus - 8.5/10 (at two scoops) Divide by half, if you plan to use 1 scoop . I've used the original dr jekyll before and always enjoyed it. At two scoops, this pre worked very well for me. No crash, not overstimmed and solid long lasting energy and focus. Would compare it to the regular c4.


Pumps - 8.5/10 At 2 scoops you get 2 grams of creatine nitrate, 3g glycerol monopstearate, 1g of nitrosigine and l-citrulline aspartate at lower dose. Pumps at two scoops are solid, but last time I used it intra-workout as a bolus, about 15 minutes before hitting triceps and pumps were great. Probably will continue using the rest of the tube as an intra supp.

Good review!

This looks decent enough for my Fiancee, of late she is complaining about elevated heart rate @150+mg caffeine.

May be I'll order this when it's on sale.
