So, I know MyProtein has been touted as quality at a great price, and I use their products as well.
However, I just got some of their protein cookies in (quick and easy while at work), and something that concerns me is the hydrolyzed gelatin in the ingredients list.
It's the 2nd ingredient right after milk protein. What I'm concerned about is.. are they considering this one of the main sources of protein? And if they are, what kind of a source of protein is it? Such as the amino breakup.
In my mind, it's kind of like possible amino spiking, but I'm holding out judgment.
Just concerned, :/
Thoughts?

Unfortunately since it is high in the ingredients list it is most likely being used as a source of protein, this thread explains the disadvantages of such https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=168823443
