Honestly can't think of a single reason why it wouldn't be. 100% cope, 100% cuck.

This but i fully acknowledge its just my opinion and people should do what makes them feel good.
Marathon running = a lot of hard work no pussy look like chit 90% of the time
PLing = a lot of hard work no pussy except for small niche of women impressed by it or if you look like a magnus top level dude
Bodybuilding = lot of hard work but the amount and quality of pussy you get is worlds ahead of if you were non lifting no avi scum

Pretty much. Powerlifting is for two people:
1. High school football players/athletes who couldn't make it, so they got into powerlifting instead to feel like they're still athletes.
2. Nerds who grew up with no friends and an Internet connection, and treat lifting like a video game, with the highscore being your max lifts. They likely don't appreciate bodybuilding so much because they were never used to the idea of having results without seeing improvement in numbers. Aesthetics is less about numbers so it doesn't hit the reward system for this guy.

There is actually some pussy in marathon running. I was on a post-collegiate running team and even the skinniest of the marathon running guys wound up wifing the runner girls. There's nothing like running intervals together to bond people I guess. But yeah--running works for men finding women because a lot of women run, and women who run after often more attractive than men who do, because women look better with that skinnyfat running-without-lifting physique."The right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously."

Lifting for strength = cope. You're probably not going to use it.
Lifting for looks = cope. No one in the real world cares about your 'aesthetics'.

Some people just dig lifting heavy chit for the challenge and struggle..
Some people lift so they don't wig out and kill people...
Some people lift for health reasons...
some people don't lift...

They could flip it around and call bodybuilding cope. It's just different goals dude. There is something profoundly alpha about lifting a phuckton of weight...even if you look like a bloatlord.
This. Sloots literally just want a lean dude who can run a lot without puking and do some bodyweight or light weight exercises. Basically some crossfit *******. But they also want him to spend less than 3 hr in the gym a week. lol

Bro, life is just one big cope. We're born as tiny little specks on a huge planet, which itself is a tiny little speck in an inconceivably large and incomprehensible universe. Everything humans have ever done on a personal level and as a species is to cope with the fact that our short lives are utterly meaningless.
