    BLAST: FINAL REVIEW

ALRIGHT! THE FINAL REVIEW IS HERE!

EFFECTIVENESS: 8/10. While some days I felt great and didn't want to put a weight down for a second, others were just average. When this stuff is fueling you though those "nothing can stop me" days.. It's going to be a good workout! I loved the way I felt when this stuff gave me a niacin reaction.. When it's a minor one it just makes you feel super warm and ready to power through some lifts! I got some pretty fair pumps while on this.. But the best part about BLAST is the muscle endurance.. I felt like lactic acid wasn't as bad as it normally was while supplementing with blast.. And that's saying something because I do some pretty high rep ranges, as high as 30!

TASTE: 10/10.. There's no secret that SES doesn't play around with the taste of their supplement tastes, they're sweet and taste like candy! All of the ones I have tried so far (2 flavors of muscle builder, 1 of blast, and 1 of post-workout) have been phenomenal! Big props to the taste team with these sups. Strawberry Blast was just amazing, I looked forward to drinking this stuff every workout!

INGREDIENT PROFILE: 8/10, This supplement has some pretty high quality stuff in it.. 2 grams of creatine HCl, 5 Grams BCAA's, the equivalent of 300mg of caffeine per scoop (I believe that is what I was told, correct me if I am wrong), It is PH balanced, and is carbohydrate free.. IF this was going to be a 10/10, I would like to see some citruline, and beta-alanine!

PACKAGING: 10/10, I know this doesn't matter to most people.. But on a marketing stand point it is important! It lays out right on the front, the 3 main ingredients.. 940mg neural accelerator, 2g creatine hcl and 5g bcaa matrix.. It looks BADASS.. And on the side it reads: zero carbs, explosive energy, real fruit extracts, pre-workout surge, and great taste.. All of those held true! Also.. Made in the good ol' USA!

Add it all up and divide:

    OVERALL RATING: 9/10

Great review. This really looks like a high quality, versatile supplement. It tasting great is the icing on the cake, nothing worse than having to chug down something that tastes rancid before lifting lol

Thank you my friend! And in all seriousness, This is the best tasting PWO I have ever had. It's sweet, tastes like what it says on the tub, has zero carbs and is enjoyable to sip on!

From my experience with preworkout powders and I know you will laugh but the ones that taste rancid are the
ones that work the best because they have the best ingredients for focus.

There are just certain ingredients that are much harder to hide, I totally agree. Icariin is one in particular that's been experimented with and seems to take a while to create a proper flavor profile for. It's still easy to chug something down no matter how bad it tastes by holding your nose so it's not the biggest issue in the world. Also depending on what the supplement is, you can always mix in a juice or something to hide the flavor a bit more. Personally for me though, it's a huge plus when a supplement tastes good, especially something close to a workout. For focus in particular, there are a lot of ingredients that fall under this category where it's hard to hide. I think that's why a few companies opt for the pill form. I used to take various bulk cognitive supplements and would mix them with juice because I would feel like I wanted to puke otherwise lol.

I agree with you 100% there are some ingredients that are very difficult to mask the flavor and not
everyone is like you or me and willing to ingest it knowing it taste terrible but the effects are just worth it.
I also use cognitive supplements in bulk and if you can handle the taste of Sulbutiamine which I add
to some of my preworkout concoctions you can handle anything Lol.
