DJBeanPole brought some great info and youtube video addressing the flavor of this batch
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hmXHoytZAAg
I can't tell you how much I appreciate you sending me that video, mixed super easy and the initial taste is a good orange juice type flavor but does have that off tart flavor at the end. I honestly only finished half the initial serving after the gym as I thought I didn't wash the shaker out properly and thought maybe it was the plastic taste being added into it. The product though looks super solid based on profile and I'm gonna experiment with maybe adding some ice etc in a blender and try making it orange julius style and to me if the product works as advertised and is super solid it's worth it to me. Taste is subjective as well so gonna experiment more with water etc as well.Instagram: Kornflake7

No problem. Muscle Elements will be as transparent as possible with this just like our labels. The profile is amazing but unfortunately the taste (to some) with this batch isn't. We are aware and are working to correct it but still wanted to see a logger's perspective of the benefit of the ingredients!

Right now exercise is a little all over the place due to doing demos on Wednesday night after work. I work a typical 8-5 M-F, typical chest/tris, back/bis 2 x week and then shoulders/legs have been put into 1 day due to the Wednesday demo and then I take Friday's off to take my wife out to dinner etc. I eat pretty clean most of the week protein shakes, chicken/rice/green beans and whatever my wife wants to cook for dinner, then weekends is kind of eat whatever you want. I have started throwing in cardio again 3-5 x a week for 10-15 mins on the bike due to old knee issues.

I go to the hill country village off 281/brook hollow golds and thousand oaks/naco.
So I've been playing around with the amount of scoops and water amount to find the sweet spot with this, since the scoops are pretty decent size and to me it seems like you need a little more water. I've found a scoop and a half I know not the full amount and 20 oz of water seem to be the perfect spot for it not having the really strong tart after taste. This definitely gives you the nice oj first taste and no tartness afterwards. This is about all that will fit in a normal shaker and still shake up. This leaves no clumps etc, so far the recovery has been really great feeling nice and pumped afterwards throughout the night and no soreness to really speak of. The recovery is what's really surprising me typically I'll get sore depending on the workout but I've been hitting it even harder and adding in cardio and nothing. The only thing I've changed is adding the shake on the way home from the gym. Will give some typical workouts here in the next 2 days with updates and pics of the drink.Instagram: Kornflake7

With any powder type drinks, it's all about liquid and how sweet/neutral you want it. The Dextrose will replenish glycogen stores quickly. Do you have a follow up meal faily soon afterwards?
What got you into lifting?Currently seeking new rep opportunities with an entrepreneurial company that encourages creativty.

Yes sir typically have dinner cooked by my wife within 30-1 hour after post workout shake.
Got into lifting with a friend more so after college soccer, would go and lift every now and then doing what the coaches said to do which wasn't really a bb split more of a functional for soccer and all of my soaking wet 140 lb frame. Then progressively getting out of soccer got more into lifting and to a true bb split reading articles etc. After blowing out my right knee I sat out of playing for a while and got more into lifting and it has progressed from there. Especially after blowing out my left knee and really getting out of soccer it gives me something to progress and outlet stress and meet friends etc.
Last night sample workout was chest/tris

Personally front, then during shoulder day I found that the straight bar with handles longer one I do behind the head 3-5x10 with lighter weight gets a nice trap/upper back pump
Gonna start using my post pro during my workout as I've found with drinking water/bcaa during my workout then drinking another shake after is a lot of water depending how long the workout is. Just wanna see the difference in how it makes me feel full wise.
Definitely have been getting noticed looking fuller at work as my co-workers have been telling me what have you been doing different you're looking bigger which every guy that works out loves to hear lol.Instagram: Kornflake7

Ya not real worried about water consumption as I get plenty throughout the day at work so it's not a big concern of mine. I would definitely say the sweet spot though for the post pro for me is the 1-1/2 scoops with about 16oz of water. I'm going to try and up it a little bit more water and jump to the full 2 scoops but that seems to me perfect for no tartness after taste like before. Recovery has been off the charts though, like I've said the fullness seems to be staying with me and no doms at all and have been going harder and longer in the gym. Definitely far superior to just a regular protein shake after the gym with the carbs and creatine added to the mix.

Still been going strong upped the mixture to 2 scoops and 20+oz of water so basically a full full shaker has been great without the tart after taste, all about getting it diluted more. The OJ original taste is great and the recovery has still been off the charts not having to worry about being sore etc. The quick carbs has me feeling full and muscles feeling good.

So my journey with Muscle Elements Post Pro is complete, and on to my final review of the product.
Taste 7/10 I can say this definitely did have some orange taste more like oj with a bit of a tart after taste that went down depending how much water you used but definitely not an orange cream similar to say Orange Cream Pop from Controlled Labs or Dymatize Orange Dreamsicle. But this has been addressed and hopefully will be different in the next batch.
Mixability 10/10 This was easy to mix even 2 scoops in 20 oz of water with no blender ball, minimal foaming and could drink right away.
Ingredients 10/10 30g of quick carbs to replenish and recover from the most grueling of workouts, 20g of protein, 12 of Isolate and 8 g of WPC, 5g of creatine, 5g of glutamine and 5g of BCAA it has it all. Without having to worry about different shakes and grabbing this and that it's all in there.
Price 9/10 on the site it runs $45 which to me is around the typical full post workout drink, $3 a serving, you get what you pay for in these scenarios which I compare with Blue Star's Post Factor. It's hard to cram that much in to a drink as a one stop shop and be anywhere less than $2-3 a serving.
Recovery 10/10 I've been going harder and longer in the gym and drinking this has helped me out immensely in regards to not being sore the next day and muscles feeling full and refreshed, no worries about DOM's etc.
Overall 8.5/10 This stuff is definitely the real deal, quality and price is top notch, the only thing to put it over the top and to compete with Post Factor for me is the taste that's something that Blue Star has over this product and it has been addressed but still has to be released into the market for a real taste test comparison.Instagram: Kornflake7
