Hi I am 68 year old young woman that is going to compete in bodybuilding for seniors next year I weigh 117 I need to know how much sugar I should have daily

Depends on a lot of things. What are your daily macros? Sugars are carbs therefor can fit into your macros. On the other hand, do you have any medical issues that require restriction or reduction of sugar? (examples: reactive hypoglycemia, epilepsy, etc). I have both and have to follow a very low carb diet (ketosis) due to my epilepsy.Originally Posted by Starrbright68
