Titan Fitness - $72 Box Squat - Thoughts?
Titan Fitness came out with a new box squat and it's 15% off at $72 at the moment. I've been wanting to purchase a box.
Does anyone forsee any issues with this 4-leg style box vs. EliteFTS and Rogue's 2-leg style?

Looks like it might just take a little longer to adjust height (pull out the pegs with the cotter pins, adjust height, reinsert the pegs and cotter pins).

I've had one for a while now and haven't had any issues. Adjusting up and down isn't as easy as say the EliteFTS model, but for half the price, I can live with that.

Looks pretty decent to me. I've been eyeing it myself, but was waiting on black friday to pull the trigger. Maybe I should just go for it now instead. Anybody know what kind of deals titan usually runs on BF?

I have their older version of that that I used for close to two years now. I am 6'4" and it works just right for me. The wheels are great in that I can move it out of the way quickly.

top is 18x18 vs 24x24. The top on the Elite FTS and Rogue has a surface area that is almost 80% larger.Originally Posted by Cleveland33

I think it has both... I just ordered one. Used some points I had & got it for just under $60... Not bad.

FYI, the top of the EliteFTS model is 18x18, just like my Titan model. I find the Titan to be every bit as functional as the EliteFTS model. Throw a EliteFTS pad on top, and I doubt you'd ever notice the difference. That said, the finish on mine was pretty bad. There was glue all over the place and what appeared to be metal shot all over the box. These are things I can live with at these prices, but I can see how it would drive some people crazy.Originally Posted by cwcmac

Yeah, that's what I thought as well, but I actually find myself adjusting it for my son who does various plyometric jumps onto it. It's not too user friendly, but it is secure at least.Originally Posted by irongrandpa
