They also keep saying that white people aren't reproducing enough, but I'm not seeing it. India, Sub Saharan Africa, South and Central America have always reproduced far more children than Europeans.

Our aide sent to these countries only increases their birthrates, but not their technological resourcefulness. They only consume, and want for more. If they don't get more welfare in their countries of origin they flee to Europe and America.

Islamic rulers in the 1600's-1800's would gladly plunder the old Egyptian Artifacts, and they would even sell them to Europeans. Sub Saharan African tribes freely gave up slaves for trade, and no Nigeria, Pakistan and Egypt did not have farms at those times as they were ruled by none farming nomadic tribes, and were war torn Islamic waste lands during the 18th century. The most advanced places in Africa were those ruled by the Islamic slave trade for most of the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries when European or more so Middle Eastern slavery was at its height.

If the ideas that Europeans and their descendants developed are useful, and the rest of the world wants to use them, then they can use them. In fact, in my view, if there are cultural values which are useful to other groups people or to the human species as a whole, we should participate in helping the rest of the world adopt them. Likewise, we should not shy away from borrowing from other cultures when we find it useful.

Living where it’s cold made being clever and adaptable desireable traits. Being in a sparsely populated region also decreased fear of others and made such people less violent. No reason to fight if you can just move on to the nearest unoccupied meadow. So in general such societies became superior intellectually and culturally.

In contrast, if your biggest concern was violent tribes crowding you, being very violent yourselves would be desireable. If everything around you wants to kill you, only the high testosterone men survived. Intellect wasn’t as important as were the physical abilities to kill, runaway, and defend your family.

That may explain the IQ map.

This is my take:

For traditional IQ tests 100 is the average score of all individuals tested within a group using the same test within some particular span of time.

IQ scores do not represent some sort of objective point system. An IQ score is just a tool of comparison to compare an individual to the rest of the group within a data set.

The number, 100, has no real meaning outside of the data set you're using.

I understand what you're trying to say. What you're trying to say is that non-whites are too stupid to participate in modern society. And if you want to compare groups of people to other groups of people you can do that but you have to give everyone in every group you're trying to compare the same test within approximately the same period of time.

It's possible to do this but you have to give everyone you're testing in every country the same test within approximately the same period of time.

But there's no way any one person or organization is traveling across the poorest parts of sub-saharan Africa trying to give people the same IQ test you'd give in the U.S. No one cares that much. There is no incentive to do it.

And then it wouldn't even matter. For the IQ scores to have any relevance you'd have to control for education, financial well-being, and so on. In some of the Muslim countries they don't even allow women to read. Half the population in some countries today couldn't even take any sort of IQ test, and if they did they'd get beaten for it.

Are you trying to convey to the rest of us the impression that some subsistence farmer in Ethiopia will have sufficient education to make any sort of meaningful comparison with individuals in industrialized countries?
