    Smile Is Bare vikings routine good for me?

    I'm currently losing slowly fat trying to lose the minimum possible muscle (I don't have that much maybe a 15-16 inch arms) and I want to change my routine (basic one) I have like a week with the last routine of bare Vikings but i want to if is it good enough or might do another one? btw I'm accepting recommendations! 5'11.6 200 lbs 17 - 20 fat
