Out of these 4? I want a good pump and stimulant / energy.
I've got it down to mostly these 4:
White flood by Controlled Labs
Nitraflex by GAT
Goku Gains ( Because I like furious Pete )
Nitrosurge by jacked
Can anyone tell me pros and cons? What your recommendation would be?
If you recommend another pwo feel free but I've gone through a lot of websites and I've seen most all preworkouts.

About how much caffeine do you want? Nitrosurge has significantly less caffeine than the other options, unless you want to use 1.5-2 scoops at a time.

It truly depends on what you're looking for from a pre. One of the pre-workouts you listed had less than 200mg caffeine per scoop while another has DMHA....
