    Help!!! I think I'm over eating everyday

    Ok so today this is exactly what i had and I'll appreciate if you Guys give your honest input. Today for breakfast I got up I had a cup of water and two sunny side up eggs and spinach on two whole wheat bread no salt or season. For a snack I had a smoothie which consists of half a banana, cashew milk (unsweetened) pb2 (1 scoop ) and 1 tbsp of honey. For lunch I had 1/4 cup of brown rice and 200grams chicken thigh.pre workout I had a bottle of coconut water and 1 tbsp peanut butter on two whole wheat. Today was legs I did it for 40 minutes switching between 10lbs and 30lbs I also had my bcaa. After workout I had whey protein shake with unsweetened cashew milk. Dinner was 1/4 cup of brown rice and 200 grams chicken thigh with asparagus lightly season and with grape seed oil. Ok so this is where I cheated my sis asked tgat I bake her some homemade buttermilk biscuits cause I'm the baker so I did and I ate two at 10 pm I'm guessing they are about 400 calories each. Ugh I feel gross and don't want to eat tomorriw. I went to doctor today I weigh 127lbs I'm 5'5 age 28. I'm trying to get abs please what am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance

    Figuring out your TDEE and starting to log your meals will be a start. Have you tried using an app like https://www.myfitnesspal.com/ It's extremely easy now that almost everyone has access to a mobile device. It sounds like you're already weighing your food?

    If you truly want an answer to this:
    1. Get an accurate body fat reading
    2. Calculate how much body fat you need to lose for abs to show
    3. Figure out how long you want it to take
    4. Figure out your daily calorie expenditure
    5. Figure out how much of a deficit #3 requires.
    6. Track your calories.
    7. Post 4-6 in a thread then ask this question...

    Note - If you do 4-6 you won't need #7.

    if you want to eat abs , eat less , whats so complicated about this, and eat less meals . that will reduce your urge for eating all the time. getting lean enough for abs is not easy , thats why you dont see many people having it, if you are not overly active, make a choice between abs and food , i would always choose food lol
