    Cutting back on caffeine....

Looking for some advice. I recently decided to stop drinking caffeinated drinks. My work provides free drinks and snacks and had been finding myself drinking way too much coffee and coke zero. Anyhow, I've just started a cut and was wondering if you think I should make an exception for workouts (i.e. taking a small dose of 80-100mg of caffeine).
