NAFC Nutrition Coaching Certification Study Advice?
I'm currently working on the National Association for Fitness Certification's course for Nutrition Coaching, and was wondering if anyone has taken the test and could give me some advice on note taking. I'm currently taking very thorough notes, but am moving at a very slow rate. At the end of each section there is only about 10-20 review questions for about 90 pages or more of information, and I feel as if I don't need to be so meticulous, but worry only taking down the info for the review questions won't be enough.
As an aside, I hope you don't actually regurgitate the information you learn studying for that certificate because it would be unfortunate to mislead clients about nutrition.
