He just turned 17. I've been helping him with his training routine for a while now. His max 2 months ago was 160 kg, he's close to repping that for 8 now.
What you guys think? Form looks pretty clean to me

The depth was pretty good.
His hips, though, shoot back on his way up. As the set goes on, the hip shoot gets worse (likely due to fatigue). If he works on that and simplifies his walkout (too many steps, too much wobbling), he'll be good to go.You can't help the hopeless.
