Hello, I just want to seek some advice on whether I should continue bulking or should I start cutting?
I am 16 years old this year,
I weigh 72kg/158lbs,
I stand at 1.66m/5'5
And I have been lifting for about 2-3 years on and off, 8 months was my streak before I broke it.
I have just recently committed 10 weeks ago to a 3 days a week workout plan doing Chest, Biceps & Triceps on Mondays, Shoulders & Back on Wednesdays and Legs & Chest again on Fridays. (My chest is lagging + I have some gyno)
BTW I went from 66kg to 72kg and I also noticed that my bench went from 17.5 1RM to 25 1RM
So I have just finished the whole 10 weeks of eating high protein, high carb meals and working my ass off in the gym. Finished a 5lb tub of whey protein and here I am 10 weeks later.
I realized that I may have gained some fat in the area of my face as well as my gut. But I don't know whether I should cut or continue bulking because I do not want to look too fat.
Please give me some advice and ask me some questions, I will get back to you ASAP.
Thanks for reading.

I would cut if I were you, but it all comes down to these points:
a) Do you personally feel too fat?
b) How is your appetite? Are you struggling to eat enough calories to continually grow? From my past experiences, when I start having trouble eating enough to put on weight, is because my body is needing a cut on my calorie intake.
c) How is your strength? Still increasing?https://www.instagram.com/brunobastos_93/
