You probably don't need that much protein unless you're carrying about 200 pounds of lean body mass (muscle) and want to squeeze out every last bit of potential gains. But you do need more than 33 grams of fat unless your body weight happens to be under 75 pounds and your BMI is in the normal range.
Anyway, with that said, it is hard to consume a healthy diet as a vegan, especially in terms of total protein intake and often in terms of sufficient dietary fat and rationally calibrated carbohydrate intake. Micronutrient deficiencies are also a risk with a vegan diet.

Honestly dude, you'll struggle without vegan protein powder.
I have a mostly vegan diet and there is no way in hell I'd ever be able to get enough protein without it. Peas are super high in protein by the way, smash heaps of those!- Maxing out my genetic potential with science ;-) -

It´s not that though actually. First get hemp seed protein powder!
Next: TOFU!!! I´m no vegan but don´t like to get so much protein all from animal products ugh. So I love some tofu on tomato sauce it´s almost like mozzarella with tomatos to me lol
Next start baking! /fun/protein-chocolate-lava-cakes-for-two on google: Those muffins are AMAZING! Just use hemp protein instead of the chocolate whey and add some pure cacao pulver for taste. There is egg replacements but I´m sure as a vegan you probably already have such a product in your kitchen rest of the recepe just like in the link!
Oat flapjacks are another nice thing I love and whatever recepe you use veganize it google for most common vegan baking replacement for whatever ingredient is not vegan but protein recepeise often use almond milk instead of milk for example anyway.
Vegan pancakes, hemp seed banana and cocotnutmilk shakes with oats, spinache and generally all vegetables that is very green is high protein, quinoa, of course infamouse peanut butter which is also available as pulver without the extra fat, beans, chickpeas, tempeh
But seriously I would just bake the hell out of it lol make cookies, protein bars, puddings, pancakes you will get the hang of it in no time it´s really not that hard to cover proteins with vegan options. There is even vegan youtube bodybuilding pages to follow
