Choose what sauces you enjoy and apply them to your DCA. Keeping in mind their is nothing inherently wrong or detrimental with consuming sauces with fat, sugar or sodium...
I prefer hot sauce or chili sauce on most things. Mayo for my fries and mustard on the remainder."There is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift"

Step 1: buy Cholula chipotle hot sauce
Step 2: mix with hellmans mayo to make the best chipotle mayo ever
Step 3: put it on literally everything I eat
Step 4: cry as I delete like 400 calories from my DCA
Step 5: regret nothingCurrent PRs: (S/B/D) 145kg / 100kg / 180kg // 2018 goal PRs: 160kg / 110kg / 190kg

Bought TJ's version of sriracha... not horrible but, not the same.
On that note I fukkin LOVE TJ's sweet chili sauce... one of my all-time favorites.
If you want lower-calorie, etc, and you're into mustard, any strong/stone-ground mustard is going to be a great option."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

This stuff is good and has a good variety, all 0 calories (trace calories, but whatever).
Also, Wasabi Sauce is good and a little goes a long way.
Also this is 0 calories, never tried it so can't comment on it.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Is this a good way of using sauce to be little safe?
Step 1: Take the sauce bottle in a large jar
Step 2: put 60% water on it
Then use the mixed sauce for my daily chicken? (just to avoid unknown sodium/suger/fat in sauce that i decided to take)/*
