Everyone says you can get bigger/better gains more easily as a beginner. Well how long do you have to be lifting for until you will no longer get those "beginner gains"

umm yeha it definetely depends on a lot of things like height and weight.....but i think most people are considered beginers more or less for the first year or two......but its very very individual

for me about an year maybe less.......
You have to love bodybuilding so much that you'll concentrate on a movement with enough intensity to actually convince yourself that the muscle is visibly growing with every repetition. As you pump and squeeze, you can feel it, you can see it, and you don't want to stop.
