Around 30, but that was really just a culmination of several overuse injuries and letting myself slack off for a couple of years straight.
I play tennis at a high level quite regularly and still have similar results compared to my mid 20's, don't feel any slower or less agile.

Currently 36yo and wasn't until this year did I start to feel my age... however... I got T-boned by a F350 in an intersection back in February that left me with 7 herniated disc's. Was told by a couple of different Dr's they were surprised I was even able to stand up straight with my injuries. That accident kept me out of the gym for a few months and on top of that I sit at a desk all day long. So I became very stiff with the quickness.... I felt like complete $hit during those months but thankfully have been working my way back to the top. Still haven't been able to get rid of the stiffness completely....Guess its time to re think my training and keep moving forward.

I've been weight training since I was 27, 65 now..nearly 62 in avi.
I finally got serious about training in 2009 and competed for the first time in Masters Bodybuilding in 2011.
I noticed that I wouldn't recover as quickly as I did when I was in my 30s when I got into my 50s. Now minor injuries take a few weeks to get back to normal whereas in my 30s it would take a few days to a week. Time to time I get this groin irritation, nothing serious. I first noticed it after deadlifting it takes 3-4 weeks to be gone.
I'm still pretty strong on most lifts...I stopped flat benching a few years ago since it was not doing anything for my chest. I'm strongest on back exercises..working my way back to 405+ on rack pulls.,,next week it will happen!
I can say I do not feel 65.She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

28 and have already started feeling it but its 100% my lifestyle choices.
Drinking hard every weekend, with other substances that boost heart rate etc.
I get gassed on stairs sometimes and legit prob need to see a doctor. I also eat like dog chit. There is no thing without nothing.

Age 30 and still have not felt serious decline.
I would say the only difference is sexual. Instead of being able to have 4 super powerful orgasms in one day, I can have the same amount but the latter ones aren't as powerful. This also has given me the ability to last much longer in sex. I also run often so I think the cardio really helps.
Also have some grey hairs now but I got my first grey at 16 so I was early regardless.
No difference yet but I know I'm at the age where people start to go downhill..

29. Feel less hyper that I used to feel, but my physical capacity doesn't seem to have dropped at all. I'm certain I could beat 18 year old me in a foot race.
I will say that minor injuries stick around longer now. Eventually I will hurt too much to lift the way I do, and will have to take up some gay hobby like cycling or pilates.Last edited by Muzzlrpress; 09-06-2017 at 07:42 AM.

I used to pull girls back in my early 20s because of my pro text game when I was a skinny mofo. Now I'm almost 30 with muscles and it's easier than ever especially in person. I've noticed my muscles take longer to heal but that's fine. Just changed my routine a bit and added yoga. Feel pretty good
