Looking for new low-stim preworkout

Did they change the caffeine content down to 125mg per scoop? I remember last time it was 200mg per scoop. If this is true, thats even better. I can take 2 scoops and get the full dosage with less stims.

There was a lot of speculation and misinformation years ago about the caffeine amount. It's been confirmed to be 125mg per scoop now, so go ahead and use those 2 scoops!

Another vote for Nutrabolics Supernova. It's perfect if all you want is 150-200mg caffeine. The Theanine will even mellow out the stims and provide more of a dialed in and calming focus without diminishing the stims if that makes sense.


I love Prolific and Quake as well but I think they are underdosed in ergogenic aids at 1 scoop, and 2 scoops would put your caffeine content too high. Supernova is probably the right product for you.

Good to know super pump max is 125 mgs. I got me some recently. reason I got it is I heard it was more for the pump and lower caffein, and the fact it has tyrosine and taurine in it. how about tyrosine and taurine content?

Gamer up is great Im using that right now. I like it bc its 125 mgs caffeine, 2 grans taurine and tyrosine ! Love these two amino acids together in two grams or more

Look into PEScience Prolific.
Scivation Quake seems to be popular although I've yet to try it
Monster ultra zero may also do the trick

Hemavo2 Max is non-stim although jam packed with all the top NO boosting and plasma volumizing ingredients. Tons and tons of great reviews all over with some amazing flavors. Def worth a look imo, very simple to add and tailor your own stims into the mix for exactly what you want like a simple caffeine pill, red bull, coffee, etc. or nothing if you really don't need it.

Otherwise, I'd def give SuperPump Max a look; very solid formula with some redic awesome flavors.
