    GNC Megamen multi x2
    Triple Strength fish oil 960 mg omega 3
    L arginine 1000mg

    A few shakes a day and bcaas as well

    I would stop taking the Arginine, it's useless, and there are better values in Multi's like Orange Triad in the bb.com store.

    Drop everything and start all over. If you spend an hour on these forums you could come up with a much better stack for cheaper.

    Aim for 2-3g combined epa/dha per day.

    Ditch the bcaas.

    Consider a multi like controlled labs orange triad as mentioned above.

    Pass on arginine.

    Track calories and carbs fat protein daily, use protein powder as necessary to meet daily macro.

    Creatine monohydrate 3-5g a day every day no loading no cycling any time of day any beverage

    Definitely need to get some creatine monohydrate in there. Just sick to 3.5-5g daily and your good.
