Drop everything and start all over. If you spend an hour on these forums you could come up with a much better stack for cheaper.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Aim for 2-3g combined epa/dha per day.
Ditch the bcaas.
Consider a multi like controlled labs orange triad as mentioned above.
Pass on arginine.
Track calories and carbs fat protein daily, use protein powder as necessary to meet daily macro.
Creatine monohydrate 3-5g a day every day no loading no cycling any time of day any beverage
